1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the xck44 platform and all associated services. By browsing the xck44 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus.
• Full KYC verification is required for withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Xck44 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome Bonus

A welcome bonus is available for new members. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount. The welcome bonus is only awarded after your first deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• Withdrawals are not permitted after accepting a bonus until the wagering requirements have been met.

5 Betting & Gaming Regulations

There are some important rules that apply to betting and gaming on xck44. These rules apply equally to all users.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• Xck44 reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• Unusually large bets placed on a single event may be subject to investigation.

Casino Games

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and verified by an independent third party.
• Xck44 is not responsible for any internet disconnection during gameplay. In most cases, the game will resume from where it left off.

Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

6 Prohibited Activities

Xck44 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

• Threatening Others: Harassing other users or xck44 staff.
• Use of Third-Party Accounts: Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Xck44 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

Reasons for Account Suspension

• When KYC verification has not been completed prior to a large withdrawal.
• During investigation of suspicious activity.
• Ignoring requests from our support team.
• No account activity for an extended period (inactive account).

Grounds for Permanent Closure

• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found.
• If multiple accounts are operated.
• If money laundering is suspected and confirmed.
• If the user submits a request to close their own account.
• If a self-exclusion request is submitted.

Refunds on account closure will be decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the incident. Balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy
